How to set up IPTV on a MAG Box

MAG boxes do not use IPTV Smarters Pro. They load your channels through a portal instead.

Step 1: Add the portal

1Open Settings › System settings › Servers › Portals.
2Enter the portal URL we send you in Portal 1 and select Save.
3Send us your MAC address (printed on the back of the box) on WhatsApp so we can activate it.
4Reboot the box. The portal loads automatically on start-up.

"Invalid login" or "authorization failed": check the username, password and server URL letter by letter, including http:// and the port. Login troubleshooting

Buffering or freezing: restart the router and device, use a cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and close other streaming apps. 12 buffering fixes
Channels not updating: open Settings or the account menu in the app and choose "Refresh" / "Reload playlist".
